Joining the first 12
We're opening Sonar to the first twelve managers ahead of GA. If you run a small team and want to shape what Sonar becomes, here's how it works.
We're opening Sonar to a first wave of twelve managers and have room for a few more. Here's the shape of it, because every "early users" program is run differently and the founder-shorthand definition isn't useful.
Who it's for: managers running a team of 4 to 12 direct reports. You're spending real time each week trying to understand what's happening on your team and you want a tool that summarizes signal vs. noise — not another Slack-summarizer or yet another performance tracker. You're skeptical of "AI for management" because most of it is theater, and you'll tell us when it is.
What you commit to: a 30-minute call every other week with me (Yash) while you're using Sonar. We'll watch you use it, you'll show me what's broken, I'll fix it. You also get my Slack DMs and an embedded session in your team channel for product feedback that's faster than a call.
What you get: free access to Sonar through GA + the first 6 months after, your name on the customer-list page if you want it, and direct line to the founder for any product change you'd like to push for. Early users have already shaped the Slack DM brief and the dispute-resolve flow.
Get in touch at sonarwork.com/contact — two questions: how big your team is, and the last hard people-management call you had to make.
